Understand our cancellation and refund terms for hotel bookings.
Bookings with the Free Cancellation label can be cancelled without charge up to 7 days before the scheduled check-in date. After this period, a cancellation fee equal to one night's stay may apply.
For standard rate bookings, the following cancellation charges apply:

Some promotional or discounted rates are marked as Non-Refundable. These bookings cannot be cancelled or modified and are not eligible for any refund. Please ensure your travel plans are confirmed before selecting this rate type.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
To cancel a booking, log in to your account, go to My Bookings, and click the Cancel button. If you encounter any issues, please contact our support team.
